Regarding about assignment, CLTD Method required to use U-factor, so is it any data on wall u-factor. in your question mention about : air movement should be maximum 0.25m/s at 1800mm, what mean by 1800mm?infiltration?

You can use any data for U-factor, as long as you mentioned in your submission.
The 1800mm is the height to have that air movement.

What is the "N+1" means? Is it facing 'north' or something else?

N means number of duty units + 1 means 1 standby unit.
If you need 3 duty units, meaning that you have to install 3 units (N) as duty and 1 standby unit.
