I joined a few runs since last year. And I really enjoyed all the runs, such as the Putrajaya International Marathon, Mizuno Run, Great Eastern Run, USJ 10km run, Selayang 10km run, Bomba Run and etc. After joining all these runs for around 6 months, my weight had been reduced from 76 kg to 65 kg. I feel healthier compared to last time. The benefits of running not only limited to this, I feel cheerful too! All the working pressure has been released.
Anyone who wish to start joining runs, maybe you can try the Putrajaya Breakfast Run which will be held on the 19/8/07 7.30a.m.
