Chiang Mai

Before leaving to London, I went to Chiang Mai with my wife which the trip was booked last year end. Sometimes, I hardly can find time to spend with everybody. For children, parents, friends and wife. And I can say that my time allocated to wife is the least. Feel sorry to her. That's why, every year I will arrange at least 2 trips to bring her overseas, just for both of us. Then only fair maa.... right!?

MALAKOFF

Don't know what is Malakoff, but I just know it is a dualthlon - running and cycling. Last month I joined the Malakoff UKM which involved 3 km of running, followed by 12 km of cycling and another 3 km of running. First experience, quite fun. So this month, joined another one in UPNM, which involved longer journey, 4 km of running, 20 km of cycling and another 4 km of running. This time more enjoyable coz have more training before. I think all of you should join this type of activity. Give a try when you are still young, don't wait until like my age.
